131 Method Review




Here is my honest 131 Method Review after using the program for 6 months. I learned about the program because I follow Chalene Johnson, the creator of the program, on Instagram and Pinterest. I love every program Chalene puts out and knew that this would be a quality product, and I was right.

Several reviewers that I read have said that there isn't anything new in this program...also, none of these reviewers actually did the program!

It's true the the individual regimens you learn about in the program are all eating plans that are already written and talked about. What's different about this program is the education on why and how these different methods work. You learn about combining different eating plans for better results and which combination works best for you.

For instance, I'd never tried intermittent fasting before. I got my best results, and felt my best by combining intermittent fasting with high fat/low carbohydrate (HFLC) or Keto style eating. I lost 13 pounds in my first 3 months using this eating plan. 

The 131 Method is a 12 week program, but you have access to it for 1 year so you can do the 12 weeks over several times. And I highly recommend that you do at least 2 or more rounds! There is so much information and testing that you will learn more each time. The more you learn and test, the more it becomes a lifestyle and not just a temporary "diet".

You get videos, eating plans, shopping lists, recommendations for sources of healthy foods, online chat support groups and access to registered nutritionists, doctors & fitness experts.

The cost is $149 for 1 year. After the year is up you will a two week window to sign up for monthly access at $9.99 a month, which you can quit at any time. This option is only available to people who have done the program for a year.

The bottom line of my 131 Method Review is that I liked the program! I lost weight, I learned a way of eating that I can lose weight with and live with and I believe you will too.
